# Display Products in Grid or Table in Backend

Display the products in grid or table form in the backend of the POS

Tip: Grid will show you icons, and have a picture for that item if its uploaded/set. Table will show the products in a list for with columns and rows.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/) for Retail or for Restaurant go to [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com)

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General settings"

4. Click the "Filter settings" field.

5. Click the "Filter settings" field and type "**DEFAULT BACKEND PRODUCT DISPLAY"**

See the next few slides for a visual example of what "Table" format looks like.

Table will show the products in a list for with columns and rows.

6. Scroll down and save

8. This is "Table" layout format. Its a column/row configuration.

9. Go back and select the "Grid" option if you want to have Icons with pictures instead of a Table/list display. See the next few slides for a visual example.

10. Scroll down and click "Save"

11. Click "Items" on the sidebar
