# Email an Invoice/Statement

1. Click **"Email"**, which is located to the right of each invoice.

2. If the customer already is in the system with their email, their email will show up automatically. But if it isn't, go ahead and enter that information.

-Choose **Invoice + Customer statement** OR just **Invoice only**

**-(Optional)** Click the box **"Add Pay Online Link"** if you want to include the invoice paylink.

**-(Optional)** Include a note in the email body, fill in the field **"Optional email body"** to enter those notes.

3. Checked box for paylink example with **Invoice + Customer Statement** included.

5. Open your email and look for the **statement** in PDF form, and you will also find the **invoice** in PDF form

6. Click "Showing viewer."
