# Email Customer upon Order Completion (Restaurant Edition)

Notify a customer via email when their order is completed.

1. Navigate to [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com/)

2. Click "Settings" on the sidebar

3. Click "General settings"

4. STEP 1. Use `CTRL+F` (Windows) to search for the setting easily. MAC users use `CMD+F`

Step 2. Type "**ALERT CUSTOMER**" or something approximate.

5. Select the "Enabled" option under **ALERT CUSTOMER(EMAIL) WHEN ORDER IS CLOSED(KDS)**

6. Click "Save"
