# General Settings – Automatically Print Receipt on POS Order Sales

How to enable auto print of receipts on point of sale orders.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/)

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General settings"

4. Use `Ctrl + F` on Windows or `Command + F` on Mac to find the setting header quicker.

Scroll down or search for the **Reporting** sub category header.

5. **Auto Print Receipt on Order Confirmation**
 Automatically prints the sales receipt when a sale is confirmed.

**Options:**

- **Disabled** – No receipt is printed automatically.
- **Enabled (1 Copy)** – Prints one copy of the receipt.
- **Enabled (2 Copies)** – Prints two copies of the receipt.
- **Enabled (2 Copies on Credit Card, 1 on Others)** – Prints two copies for credit card transactions, one for all other payment types.
- **Enabled (2 Copies on Credit Card, 0 on Others)** – Prints two copies only for credit card transactions; none for others.
- **Enabled (1 Copy on Credit Card)** – Prints one copy only for credit card transactions.
- **Enabled (1 Copy on Credit Card, No Items)** – Prints one copy for credit card transactions, without listing items.
- **Enabled (2 Copies on Credit Card, No Items)** – Prints two copies for credit card transactions, without listing items.

6. Scroll down and click "Save"
