# General Settings – Enable Virtual Keyboard (Windows Browser-Based)

Used by browser-based customers with older Windows touchscreen devices, this setting displays a virtual keyboard. This allows you to use the browser-based POS without having any hardware keyboard connected.

Note: If you have a tablet, iOS/Android, this setting would not apply.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com) for **Retail** or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for **Restaurant**

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General Settings"

4. Use the **Filter** **Settings** field to find the sub category "Accessibility Settings" or scroll down until you see it.

5. Under "Virtual Keyboard on Input Fields," select **Enabled.**

6. Scroll down and click "Save."
