# General Settings – Manage How Long Orders Display on Station

Follow the steps below to manage how many months an order is accessible on the POS station. Orders are accessible for up to one year.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com) for **Retail** or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for **Restaurant**

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General Settings"

4. Under "Tweak Functionality," scroll down until you see **Months** **Orders** **Are** **Stored** **On** **The** **Station**

5. Under **Months** **Orders** **Are** **Stored** **On** **The** **Station,** select however many months you'd like. (1-12)

6. Scroll down and click "Save"
