# General Settings – Print the Number of Open Tickets

At the end of the day, on your printed daily report, you can enable the setting below so that the number of tickets that are still open are displayed.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com) for **Retail** or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for **Restaurant**

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General Settings"

4. Use the **Filter** **Settings** field to find the sub category "Reporting" or scroll down until you see it.

5. Under "Print Open Tickets Information," select **Enabled**.

6. Scroll down and click "Save"
