# Mass Action – Update Expiration Date on Multiple Products

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/) for Retail or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for Restaurant

2. Click **"Items"**

Tip: If you haven't enabled the expiration date attribute yet, just select it from the list.

Click the "Cog" icon , and select **"Expiration date"** to see it in the **"Product List"**

3. Select all the products you want to change the expiration date for under the mass action column to the far right

4. Click the **"Mass actions"** dropdown list

5. Select **"Quick Update"**

6. Change the dates of the products you want to have an expiration date for

7. Change the dates for each product

8. Scroll down and click **"Save"**

9. All the products will appear in the expiration date column.
