# Price Rule – Adjust By Percentage + Rounded to Highest $0.25

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/) for Retail or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for Restaurant

2. Click "Items" on the sidebar

3. Click **"Price/Discount Rules"** in the upper right corner

4. Click **"New Price/Discount Rule"**

5. **Step 1.** Name the Price Rule For **"Adjust By Percentage + Rounded to Highest $0.25"** Something like **"Holiday Novelty Percentage (25%) + Rounded to Highest $0.25"**

**Step 2.** Choose the **AMOUNT**, in this case its 25, which will be 25%, this will dictate the value for the price rule.

**Step 3.** Choose specific **Products/Categories** to specify what the Price Rule will be applied to.

**Step 4.** Choose the Price Rule, **Product Price/ To Fixed Amount**

**Schedule/Time functions:**

**DAYS OF WEEK RULES**- Select the days of the week you want this rule active on.

**HOURS WHEN RULE IS ACTIVE**- If the price rule is only active during specific hours, select those hours under HOURS WHEN RULE IS ACTIVE

**START/END MINUTES**- Fill in fields

**START/END DATES**- Choose Start/End Dates if you choose to run a price rule for specific dates only.

In this example I chose start/end dates.

6. Click **"Save Changes"**
