# Product by Expiration Date Report

A quick guide to the expiration report for items/products and the different types of reports it can produce.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/) for Retail or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for Restaurants

2. Click **"Reports"**

3. Click **"Product Reports"**

4. Click Report Type drop down.

5. Select **"Product by expiration date"**

6. Click **"Type"** to pull down the different report types for this report

7. **REPORT TYPES**

**After the specified date (non-expired):** This report will pull up the products with expiration dates that are after the day that is set in the system.

**Equals to specified:** This report will pull up the exact date that was set for the product.

**Before or equals to specified date (expired):** This will pull up any product that is equal to the date set or any date before the date set.

**Between specified dates:** This is for products that are between the two dates set.

**Expiration date not set:** Shows products that do not have a set expiration date.

8. **After the specified date (non-expired):** This report will pull up the products with expiration dates that are after the day that is set in the system.

9. **Equals to specified:** This report will pull up the exact date that was set for the product.

10. **Before or equals to specified date (expired):** This will pull up any product that is equal to the date set or any date before the date set.

11. **Between specified dates:** This report type is for products that are between the two dates set that have expiration dates set in their product, whether they expired or not.

12. **Expiration date not set:** Shows products that do not have a set expiration date.
