# Remove a Category

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com) for **Retail** or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for **Restaurant**

2. Click "Items"

3. Click "View Categories"

4. Locate the category you want to delete, click the **X** icon
