# Show Error on Clock Out with Open Orders

1. Navigate to [https://manage.acadiapos.com/](https://manage.acadiapos.com/)

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General settings"

4. Use "Filter settings" to find the sub category faster. Search: **Time** **Management**

5. Click on the **Show Error on Clock Out When There are Open Orders** Drop Down Menu.

- Select **Enabled** - Employees may not clock out until the entire cart is clear and all open orders are fully paid.
- Select **Disabled** - Employees may clock out even when items are still in the cart or an order is not fully paid.

6. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save"
