# Show Numerical Discount Options in Cart (Percentage & Fixed)

This guide provides a straightforward process for enabling numerical discount options in your cart. By following the steps outlined, you can easily implement both percentage and fixed discounts.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/) for **Retail** or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for **Restaurant**

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "General settings"

4. Use the Filter Settings search bar to locate the sub category "Discounts." or scroll down.

5. Under **Percentage** **Discounts**, enter the numerical percentage. Ex: 1, 5, 3, 10

Under **Fixed** **Discounts**, enter the numerical dollar amount off. Ex: 5, 10, 15, 20

You can also **Label** the discounts if you want to, just enter the name of the discount into the label field.

6. Scroll down and click "Save"

7. When you open the **AcadiaPOS** **app**, you'll click "Discount"

8. Here you will see the percentage and fixed discounts.
