# Validate Customer Delivery Radius at Checkout

This guide quickly shows how to enable and configure address validation in your backend management portal so orders are limited to a specific straight-line delivery radius.

1. Navigate to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com/) for **Retail** or [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com) for **Restaurant** and click **Settings** in the sidebar menu.

2. Click **General settings**. Press `Ctrl + F` (Windows) or `⌘ + F` (Mac) and find **"Validate Customer Delivery Radius"**

3. Select **"Enabled"** for Validate Customer Delivery Radius.

4. Set the Delivery Radius (straight-line miles from current POS location). For example, enter 0.5

5. Under Address outside delivery radius, choose **"Show warning / allow save" or "Show error / block save"** option.

6. Click **"Save"**
