# View Gift Card History

How to easily view gift card history on the Acadia POS backend portal.

For Retail go to [manage.acadiapos.com](https://manage.acadiapos.com) or for Restaurant, go to [rfsm.acadiapos.com](https://rfsm.acadiapos.com)

1. Click "Items" on the sidebar

2. Click "Gift Cards"

3. Click the calender icon to the right of the customers name.

4. Review history

5. Click "OK" when finished
