Assign multiple barcodes to a single product.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or for Restaurant, go to rfsm.acadiapos.com
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General settings”
4. Click the “Filter settings” field and type “barcodes” and you will find it under “Stock Management”
5. Click “Enabled” for “Multiple Barcodes” and you can also choose the number of additional barcodes as well. As well as a “BOX QUANTITY” option, so you can have separate barcodes for the “Boxes” in which the the “Additional Barcode” that’s associated with it. An example is a case has a different barcode than the individual bottles inside the box/case.
6. Click “Items”
7. Click the blue pen to EDIT/VIEW
8. Notice the barcodes are now showing, along with the box qty.
Remember, you can limit the amount of additional barcodes, and also whether or not to have a box quantity option.
