Create a Price Rule

Note that if you do not specify any conditions in the rule (products, categories, etc..), the rule will apply to ALL items

1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or go-to rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant

2. Click “Items” on the sidebar

3. Click “Price/Discount Rules” in the upper right corner

4. Name the price rule to match the type of product/rule you are going to be using.

5. 1.) Under “Sort Order” you would choose the order for each price rule. If you set a price rule to “1”, in the price rule list, this rule will appear first.

2.) Under Products, choose which products you want this rule to apply to.

3.) Under Categories, you can choose to include specific categories to be included in the price rule.

6. 1.) Enter customer group(s) in the field under CUSTOMER GROUP IDS. Separate groups with commas

2.) Under Excl. group ids(comma-separation required) Choose to exclude specific categories.

7. Under “Brands” choose which brands the price rule applies to. If you are doing a brand sale for example.

Under “Locations” , Choose a location to apply specific price rules.

8. 1.) Under “DAYS OF WEEK WHEN RULE IS ACTIVE” Select which days the price rule is active under

2.) Under “Hours when Rule is Active”

3.) If the price rule is only active during specific hours, select those hours under HOURS WHEN RULE IS ACTIVE.

4.) Fill in START MINUTE and END MINUTE fields

5.) For Date Start/Date End fields, enter the date you want the price rule to be active for.
