A quick guide on how to easily find and remove a gift card within the Acadia POS backend portal.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurants.
Next click “Items” on the sidebar
2. Click “Gift Cards”
3. To the right of the gift card you want to delete, look for the “X” and click on it.
4. Next click “OK”
