How to set up a custom priced rule for products, the way it works, is you click on an item and it prompts a box that asks you what price you want for the item. If a price is already set it will show it in the field, and if you want to change it, just change the value.As well as Custom QTY. If you disable Custom quantity, you will not see that box appear. If just Custom Price is enabled, its the only prompt you will see.
Tip: At the bottom of the guide there will be examples of both MobilePOS/AcadiaPOS APP’s and how they function with the new custom settings.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Items”
3. Go to the item you want to enable custom price/qty and click the blue pen to EDIT/VIEW
4. Go to the “Custom Price” dropdown and select “Enabled”
5. If you want to have a custom quantity selection for the item to prompt when you select the item, select “Enabled”
6. Click “Save” when finished

8. If QTY is enabled, this prompt will appear. Enter the quantity you want here.
9. Enter the Price. (In this example Custom Name is also enabled, when its not it will just show the price and not the top field with the name)
