This guide provides a straightforward method for efficiently updating modifier groups for multiple products in the Acadia POS system. By following the steps outlined, users can easily manage and edit product modifiers without the risk of overriding existing settings. Its a great way for restaurants and alike to easily manage where their modifiers are placed.
1. Navigate to https://rfsm.acadiapos.com/ or https://manage.acadiapos.com/ from any browser
2. Click “Items” on the sidebar
3. Select a category, if you are looking for a specific group of items
4. Select the items you want to edit in the mass action
5. Or you can select “All”
6. Look for “Mass Actions”
7. Click “Mass actions”
8. Select “Update mod groups”
9. If you are unsure if the items have modifiers in earlier groups (in this case I know this merchant doesn’t have modifiers in groups 7-12) select later groups, so that you don’t override what is already there.
10. Once you have selected all desired modifier groups click “OK” – now all selected products have that modifier
