1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Items” on the sidebar
3. Click “Price/Discount Rules” in the upper right corner
4. Click “New Price/Discount Rule”
5. Step 1. Name the Price Rule For “Adjust By Percentage + Rounded to Highest $0.25” Something like “Holiday Novelty Percentage (25%) + Rounded to Highest $0.25”
Step 2. Choose the AMOUNT, in this case its 25, which will be 25%, this will dictate the value for the price rule.
Step 3. Choose specific Products/Categories to specify what the Price Rule will be applied to.
Step 4. Choose the Price Rule, Product Price/ To Fixed Amount
Schedule/Time functions:
DAYS OF WEEK RULES– Select the days of the week you want this rule active on.
HOURS WHEN RULE IS ACTIVE– If the price rule is only active during specific hours, select those hours under HOURS WHEN RULE IS ACTIVE
START/END MINUTES– Fill in fields
START/END DATES– Choose Start/End Dates if you choose to run a price rule for specific dates only.
In this example I chose start/end dates.
6. Click “Save Changes”
