This guide will teach how to process a refund for both cash and card.
Note: Credit/Debit Card MUST be present.
Refunds Typically on Credit Card take 5-7 days business days
1. Click the sales icon, to the right of the products icon.
2. Click “Load Cart”
3. Click “Yes, Do it”
4. Click “Refund” in the upper right corner
5. Click “Yes, I understand”
6. Click “PAY” to complete refund
7. Choose a payment method for the refund.
For Cash, choose “ORDER AMNT” and click “Confirm”
For Credit/Debit Card click “Start Refund”
8. Click “Confirm” If Its cash
