Quick guide to “Warehouse Manager” found in the iOS App Store, or if with Android navigate to acadiapos.com/upload/warehouse.apk
1. To setup your Warehouse App, First connect the API that connects this app to your account.
To do this please click settings, its a gear on the bottom right.
2. Enter the API for your account
If you don’t have it, read the next slide.
Tip: Go to manage.acadiapos.com
Login and go to the sidebar on the left, go to the bottom and click “Settings”
Next Either find visually “API KEYS & Intergrations” or use CTRL+F to “FIND” with your browser. If on MAC use CMD+F. Type in API.
Look under API KEYS and select the key.
3. After hitting “Enter Key” , Enter the API
4. Choose Location
5. Select “Default Category” , “Tac Class”
6. Select the “Tax Class” from the drop down
Enable “Product Delete” if you want to add that option
7. Enable as many features that apply to you
8. Enable as many features that apply to you
Next hit the back button on the top left
9. Click “Receive”
10. Hit “Scan” to scan a product in via Barcode
11. Click “Count” To “Add” a Product/Item or Filter/Perform Mass Actions on your inventory.
12. “Add +” a Product/Item
or Filter/Perform Mass Actions on your inventory.
Use the blue pen to Edit Product/Item/Red X to delete/The checkbox to add to a “Mass Action” for 2 + more actions. Example would be to delete or mark products for deletion.
13. If click you click “Add +” , you will see the product creation screen
When finished creating the product click “Save”
14. Click for filter options
15. Filter by product or category
16. Click “Mass” for Mass Actions. To Delete several products at the same time.

18. Click waste to Scan barcodes of items you want to send to waste
19. Click “Purchase” to access the “Purchase Orders” section
20. Click “_ctl.Window”
21. Add a new item’s for the purchase order
22. Enter new item information for purchase order
23. To re-supply existing products, click “Re-supply Existing”
24. Fill in the category, vendor and the product.
Alternatively you can search for any product by going to search
25. Your products will list here.
26. Click “Transfer” to transfer between two stores.
27. Click “New +”
28. Choose if the product is being transferred to another location choose (“YES”)
If its being transfer to THIS location
CHOOSE
“No, Its a transfer TO this location”
29. Enter the locations you want the products to be sent to and the Sent Date/Expected Date/Ref Number/Shipping Note/General Note.
Then hit add product to add the products you want to transfer.
30. When finished choosing product and transferring, click the back button to return to the main screen.
31. Back to the main screen
