
4. This page will have several options on which b-PAC to download.
If you don’t know how many bits your computer operates on (most are 64 bit), click on the search button on the bottom left of your computer screen and type “about”.

5. When finished typing in “about”, click on “About your PC“

6. Look for “System type” (this PC is 64 bit)

7. Go back to the b-PAC website and download the appropriate b-PAC, closest to the top of the page with your bit rate. Look for the latest date and choose that option.

8. Click “Agree to the EULA and Download”

9. Click on the download arrow on your browser(1) and then click the download(2)

10. Select “Yes”

11. Put in your email and company name

12. Click “Next >”

13. Click “Next >” again

14. Click “Next >” one more time

15. Click “Finish”

16. Now open https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/brother-b-pac-extension/ilpghlfadkjifilabejhhijpfphfcfhb

17. Click “Add to Chrome”

18. Click Add Extension

19. After the extension is added go back to the Acadia Docs page and do #3 – Click https://acadiapos.com/upload/brother/EAN.lbx“

20. Go to your downloads folder, Easiest way to do that, is go to your search bar and type “downloads”.

21. Visually confirm the download EAN.ibx is in the folder

22. Right click and add a new folder

23. Name the new folder “BrotherLabel”

24. Now right click on the file and choose “CUT” and then go ahead and “PASTE” in the newly created “BrotherLabel” folder

25. Go back to the Acadia Docs page and click on https://acadiapos.com/upload/brother/UPC.lbx

26. Go back to the downloads folder
right click on the file “UPC.ibx” and choose”CUT” and then “PASTE” into “BrotherLabel” folder like you did for the previous file


28. Scroll down and click on “Printer Driver”

29. Click “Agree to the EULA and Download”

30. VERY IMPORTANT. Make sure the printer is DISCONNECTED from your computer BEFORE you download the driver

31. Click on the download

32. Click “Agree”

33. Click “QL-800” and click “OK”

34. After download is complete click “OK”

35. Connect the ql-800 VIA a USB connection and then Click “Finish”

36. Login to your Acadia backend

37. Click on settings

38. Click “Devices”

39. Click ” + New Device”

40. The name should be what is listed in your printer device list.
Step 1. Click the windows search bar and type “Printers” or the full name “Printers and Scanners”.
Step 2. Click the folder and look for the appropriate name.

41. Make sure that USB is selected for “Comm Type” and “Lan IP Address”, and also type in random letters for “Device Mac”

42. For the Model Type, if Brother QL-800 does not appear, select “Brother QL-810W” instead.

43. Click “Link”

44. Click “Location” and select the appropriate location

45. Click “Save”

46. Click “Items” on the sidebar

47. Click the item you want to edit

48. Click “Mass Actions”

49. Click “Print Labels” from the mass action drop down

50. Select the Brother QL-800 you just added and click “OK”

51. Click “Labels”

52. After selecting the location select how you want your label to look and make sure the “PAPER SIZE” drop down is still set to “62mm” if it’s the stock paper choose “62mm(rb) it came with(not recommended).
Click “Save”

53. Click “General settings”

54. Press [[Ctrl]] + [[F]], or go to find in your browser. Type in “enable label”, and select “Enabled”. Alternatively you can scroll down and look for “Additional Features”.

55. Click “Save”

56. Congratulations, The printer SHOULD print a label, Press the scissors button on the printer to cut the label
