This guide provides essential instructions for managing credit card tip visibility during clock-in and clock-out periods, enhancing your time management efficiency. By following the steps, you can easily enable or disable the display of total tips on receipts, allowing for better financial tracking and transparency.
1. Click “Settings”
2. Click “General settings”
3. Use “Filter settings” to locate the sub category faster. Search: Time Management
4. Below the Time Management sub category, you’ll see Show Total CC Tips For Clock In-Out Period.
Use the dropdown menu to choose either:
- Disabled – The clock-out receipt will not show tip totals
- Enabled – At clock-out, the receipt will show the tip totals, according to the current clock-in period.
5. Click “Save”
