1. Go to the sidebar and click “Settings”

2. Click “General settings”

3. Hit CRL+F(Windows) or CMD+F(MAC) to open search, and type “LOT”
Hit enter and set “Lot-Based Inventory” to “Enabled”

4. Scroll to the bottom and click “Save”

5. Click “Recounts” to show

6. Click “New Recount”

7. Step 1 Name the “Recount”
Step 2 Choose the location for the “Recount”
Click “Save Changes”

8. When back on the main screen, click on the blue pen

9. Search or Scan products into the recount field. When you have everything chosen click “Count Items”

10. Click “Count Item(s)”

11. Click “Reconcile”

12. Lot QTY/Breakdown

13. Click “Finish/Save Reconcile”

14. Once finished, click on the sidebar
We will go over Transfers / Lot info

15. Click “New Transfer” on the upper right portion of the screen

16. Step 1 Select Source/Destination for the products you want to transfer.
Step 2 Choose a vendor if necessary
Step 3 Enter any “General Order Information” if you needed
Step 4 Click “Add Products +”

17. Select all product or products you want to transfer

18. Click “Add +”

19. Add what values you need to add
Next click “Save Changes”

20. Once back in the transfers section, go to the right and click “To Received”

21. Click “OK”

22. Click “Add to Inventory”

23. Click “OK”

24. Click the blue pen to edit/view lot information

25. Edit/View Lot QTY

26. Next “Purchase Orders” – LOT QTY view/edit

27. Click the blue pen to view/edit a purchase order thats been settled

28. View/Edit LOT QTY

29. Click “Save Changes”
