How to easily view gift card history on the Acadia POS backend portal.
For Retail go to manage.acadiapos.com or for Restaurant, go to rfsm.acadiapos.com
1. Click “Items” on the sidebar
2. Click “Gift Cards”
3. Click the calender icon to the right of the customers name.
4. Review history
5. Click “OK” when finished
