This guide provides a straightforward process for generating a Full Inventory Report, essential for tracking product details like costs and stock levels. By following the steps outlined, users can efficiently access and manage their inventory data, which is crucial for informed decision-making. Additionally, the ability to download the report in various formats enhances usability and facilitates easy sharing and analysis. Viewing this guide will empower users to optimize their inventory management effectively.
1. Click on the “Reports” tab on the left hand side of the screen.

2. Click on the “Product Reports” button.

3. Click the Report Type dropdown and select ‘Full Inventory Report‘.
Next, select the Location you want to generate a report for.
Click The Get Report Button.

4. You’ll now see the Full Inventory report.
This report displays each product’s name, retail & wholesale cost, category, and the quantity currently in stock.
You can copy it or download the file as a CSV, Excel, or PDF.
