In restaurants, when an employee such as a bartender or server clocks out for lunch or their shift, another employee will take over all the open tickets in the TABS section.
1. Navigate to rfsm.acadiapos.com
2. Click “Settings” on the sidebar
3. Click “General settings”
4. STEP 1. Use CTRL+F (Windows) to search for the setting easily. MAC users use CMD+F (MAC)
Step 2. Type “ALLOW CLAIM ALL TABS BUTTON” or something approximate.
5. Choose “Enabled” under the “ALLOW CLAIM ALL TABS BUTTON” setting
6. Click the blue pen to EDIT/VIEW employee settings.
7. Set “Claim Tabs” to “Yes”
8. Click “Save Changes”

Click “Claim All”, This will reassign all the open tickets to the current employee, when their permission is enabled in their employee settings.
Samson is now the employee, he clicks “CLAIM ALL” ,
Anna’s tickets, now get renamed to the employee signed in, in this case Samson.
