This guide provides a straightforward method for generating low stock inventory reports, essential for effective inventory management.
With the low stock report you can automatically create purchase orders from those items that are running low.
1. Click on the “Reports” tab on the left hand side of the screen.

2. Click on the “Product Reports” button.

3. Click the Report Type dropdown and select ‘Low Stock Items’.
Next, open the Report Subtype dropdown and choose the relevant option. Then, select the appropriate Vendor and Location for the report.
Click The “Get Report” Button.

4. You’ll now see the Low Stock items report.
This report displays each product’s name, category, and the quantity currently in stock.
You can copy it or download the file as a CSV, Excel, or PDF.

Tip: Tip! You can also generate a purchase order from the low stock report!
