How to enable shift management in the acadia system system settings.
1. Navigate to rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant or for Retail go to manage.acadiapos.com
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General settings”
4. Use Ctrl + F on Windows or Command + F on Mac to find the Shift Management setting header. You can also scroll down.
Under Enable Shift Management, select “Enabled,” if you want to turns on shift tracking features like:
- opening/closing the cash drawer
- monitoring sales during every shift.
5. Under Shifts Are Managed Per Each Device:
- select Enabled (Device-Specific) if a location has multiple registers/units. Every device will have its own shift report.
- select Disabled (Location–Specific) if every location has only one register/unit. One individual shift report will be applicable to the entire location.
6. Click “Save”
