This guide shows how to create a drop down to choose a reason for fixed/percentage based discounts.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General settings”
4. In the “Filter settings” field, search “Discount” or scroll down until you see the sub category.
5. Under “Discount Reasons”, add popular custom discount reasons. Ex: AAA, Veteran, Firefighter. Separate with commas.
