Used by browser-based customers with older Windows touchscreen devices, this setting displays a virtual keyboard. This allows you to use the browser-based POS without having any hardware keyboard connected.
Note: If you have a tablet, iOS/Android, this setting would not apply.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Use the Filter Settings field to find the sub category “Accessibility Settings” or scroll down until you see it.
5. Under “Virtual Keyboard on Input Fields,” select Enabled.
6. Scroll down and click “Save.”
