1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Scroll down to the “Stock Management” section
5. Under “Displaying Out of Stock Products in Missing Tab When Doing Recounts” select Enabled
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
