This guide provides essential instructions for enhancing security by assigning PINs to devices, locations, and refunds. By implementing these security measures, users can safeguard sensitive information and transactions effectively.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Under the “Tweak Functionality” section, scroll down to find the Device, Location, and Refund pins
5. Enter a PIN number to assign to Devices, Locations and Refunds. If you do not want PINs assigned to any or all of those items, leave field(s) empty.
6. Scroll down and click “Save.”
