Allow users to charge customers for items that are not currently in stock. This is useful for businesses that order products for customers after they make a purchase or businesses that take a bit longer to update their stock quantities.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Use the Filter Settings field to find the section “Stock Management” or scroll down until you see it.
5. Under “Allow Backorders”, select Enabled.
6. Scroll down and click “Save”
