By following the steps outlined, users can quickly learn how to update the names of multiple items at the same time with this mass action.
1. On the left hand side of the page click the tab “Items”
2. Lets start off by searching for a product name. Click the “Search” field at the top right of the page.
3. For our example we typed in “12 pack cans” in the search bar.
Make sure to hit enter or the magnifying glass to bring up your results.
4. Click on “All” to select all items, or choose one or more individual items to update.
5. Now each item should be selected to update a mass action.
6. Click the Mass Actions dropdown.
Here we are selecting Update Name as an example.
7. You will now be directed to a new screen where you can update the name for the products you’ve selected.
Click the OK button to save.
Now, all the items you selected with “MASS ACTIONS” will be adjusted to the name you entered.
