This guide provides a straightforward method to hide or show AI Assistant tab from the left sidebar menu.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click General Settings and press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and search for Disable AI Assistant tab in left sidebar.
3. If you want to ”Hide” the AI Assistant tab from sidebar menu, select Enabled for “Disable AI assistant tab in left sidebar” from dropdown.
4. Similarly, if you want to Show the AI Assistant tab in sidebar menu, select Disabled for “Disable AI assistant tab in left sidebar” dropdown.
5. Click “Save”
Tips:
- Hide the tab if staff do not use the assistant during daily work.
- Leave it visible for users who rely on assistant tools for reporting or marketing tasks.
