1. Click “Settings” on the side bar
2. Click “Payment Methods”
3. Click the blue pen for “Credit Cards” to edit payment method
4. Click “True”
5. Click “Save Changes”
6. Now click on “Location”
7. Click the blue pen to edit the location information
8. Select “Yes” for “SEPARATE PROCESSING ACCOUNT FOR KEY-IN” and hit “Save Changes”
9. Click “Payment methods”
10. Click the blue pen to edit or review payment method
11. These fields need to be filled in for the “KEY IN” to function. To get the payment credentials open your browser and go to your pax store account.
12. Go to your browser and type in https://www.paxstore.us/account/
Now put in your username and password and click log in
13. Click “Terminal Management” on the bottom of the sidebar
14. Click on the device from the list
15. Click “Push Task”
16. Click “Operation History” drop down arrow to see all the parameter apps that were pushed in that devices history.
17. Click on the latest parameter app that has been pushed
18. Click “View Template Detail”
19. Next click “TRANSIT”
20. Copy this information and paste it into the section
21. Now go back to Settings-Payment Methods-Credit Cards and click the blue pen to edit. MATCH STEPS WITH NEXT SLIDE IF UNCERTAIN
Step 1. Enter TSYS MID (Merchant ID) its 12 digits Its the very first credential labeled “Merchant number”
Step 2. Enter “TSYS USERNAME” That is a 7 digit number that starts with TA. Example TA1234567
Step 3. Enter the Password you set for this merchant.
Step 4. Enter “Device ID” that is a 12 digit ID
22. Take the steps in this picture and match them with the previous slide.
23. Now scroll down and save the credentials you just entered.
You are now finished and ready to key cards in at multiple locations.
