Follow the steps below to create a new tab with a keyboard, which will appear on the bottom left-hand corner. In this keypad, the user will be able to manually enter a value, press charge, and accept payment.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Use the Filter Settings field to find the sub category “Additional Features” or scroll down until you see it.
5. Under “Enable Terminal Mode” select Standard Mode or Dot Button.
6. Scroll down and click “Save”
