1. Click “Email”, which is located to the right of each invoice.

2. If the customer already is in the system with their email, their email will show up automatically. But if it isn’t, go ahead and enter that information.
-Choose Invoice + Customer statement OR just Invoice only
-(Optional) Click the box “Add Pay Online Link” if you want to include the invoice paylink.
-(Optional) Include a note in the email body, fill in the field “Optional email body” to enter those notes.

5. Open your email and look for the statement in PDF form, and you will also find the invoice in PDF form
