This guide provides a simple process for enabling or disabling the cart separator item in your Acadia POS system. Every time you add an additional custom-priced item to the cart, it appears as a separate line item. It does not increase the quantity of a custom-priced item that is already in the cart.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Use Filter Settings to search categories faster. Find the sub category “Tweak Functionality”
5. Under Enable Cart Separation Item, select:
- Enabled: if you want a separate line item to appear for each custom-priced product added to the cart.
- Disabled: if you do not want a separate line item to appear for each custom-priced product added to the cart.
6. Scroll down and click “Save”
