At the end of the day, on your printed daily report, you can enable the setting below so that the number of tickets that are still open are displayed.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Use the Filter Settings field to find the sub category “Reporting” or scroll down until you see it.
5. Under “Print Open Tickets Information,” select Enabled.
6. Scroll down and click “Save”
