This guide quickly shows how to enable and configure address validation in your backend management portal so orders are limited to a specific straight-line delivery radius.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click General settings. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and find “Validate Customer Delivery Radius”
3. Select “Enabled” for Validate Customer Delivery Radius.
4. Set the Delivery Radius (straight-line miles from current POS location). For example, enter 0.5
5. Under Address outside delivery radius, choose “Show warning / allow save” or “Show error / block save” option.
6. Click “Save”
