Restrict who can manually open the cash drawer(s) to managers only. Open Drawer button will only work if a manager is logged in.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant
2. Click “Settings”
3. Click “General Settings”
4. Use the Filter Settings field to find the sub category “APP-Specific Tweaks” or scroll down until you see it.
5. Under “Cash Drawer Button Permission,” select Enabled
6. Scroll down and click “Save”
