This guide quickly shows how to enable and grant Native Backend permissions so staff can access backend screens from the mobile app. Native backend permissions can grant access to catalog tools, reports, employees, tax rates, locations, tender types and general settings.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click “General settings”
3. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and find “Enable Backend Tab In Mobile App”. Select “Native” option for it.
4. Click “Save”
5. Click “Employees”
6. Open each employee who should use native backend screens
7. Go to Native Backend Permissions
8. Toggle the required Native Backend Permissions
9. Click “Save Changes”
