This guide quickly shows how to enable the customer balance link so staff can view customer balances from the POS. Share a live link to a customer’s reward balance that updates automatically as purchases change their balance.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click “General Settings” and press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and find “Show Customer Balance Link”
3. Select “Enabled” for “Show Customer Balance Link”.
4. Click “Save”
The link appears at the following places:
- Customer Profile: The Balance field shows an Open public balance page link.
- POS Receipt Screen: Tap BALANCE LINK to email the link to the attached customer.
- Front Screen: When a customer is attached, a QR code can appear for quick scanning.
Tips:
- The balance link is available only when loyalty rewards are configured.
- Attach a customer before trying to send the link from the POS.
