This guide quickly provides straightforward method to prevent staff from applying manual discounts to a specific customer group.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Customers in the sidebar menu.
2. On top rightside of page, Click “Customer Groups” button.
3. Click the Edit Customer Group icon for the group you want to disable manual discounts .
4. Set Disable Manual Discounts to “Enabled”.
5. Click “Save Changes”
Tip: Price rules also have stacking choices that can block manual discounts, other rules, or both. Review those settings when a promotion should not combine with another discount.
