This guide shows how to make SQL report email recipients and filters more accurate by limiting employee choices to only those who actually worked at a selected location during a chosen date or month. Following the steps ensures reports use the correct location and time frame first, then display a narrowed employee list so you don’t send or view data for irrelevant staff.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Reports in the sidebar menu.
2. Click “SQL reports”
3. Click “Edit”
- Select “Only show employees logged into the selected location during the selected time frame” if you want the employee choices narrowed to staff who worked there.
- This option applies when the report includes Location, Employee, and date or month fields. On the report page, select the location and time frame first, then choose from the resulting employee list.
