This guide shows how to enable automatic subscription due dates so customer billing aligns with the subscription start day. When subscriptions are enabled, customer profiles can show subscription due date. Use this field when billing should happen on a specific day of the month.
1. Navigate to manage.acadiapos.com for Retail or rfsm.acadiapos.com for Restaurant and click Settings in the sidebar menu.
2. Click “General settings”
3. Press Ctrl + F (Windows) or ⌘ + F (Mac) and find “Auto set customer due date from subscription start day”.
Select “Enabled” for Auto set customer due date from subscription start day.
4. Click “Save”
